Under the rules of the Helical plc Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan") beneficiaries can opt to receive dividends in the form of shares in the same way as all other shareholders. Pursuant to this facility on 31 July 2023, Helical Bar Trustees Limited awarded 10,224 ordinary shares to employees at the closing price on 28 July 2023 of 271.5p. 6,332 of these shares were allocated to Executive Directors and other PDMRs as follows.
