PDMR Dealings
Cooks Coffee Company Limited (NZX: CCC; AQUIS: COOK), the international coffee focused café chain, announces that, announces that the Nikau Trust, of which Keith Jackson is a registered holder, purchased 22,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 15 and 16 July and sold an aggregate of 18,582 shares through four transaction between 12 and 19 August 2024.
Following these trades, Nikau Trust owns 10,598,175 ordinary shares in Cooks, representing 16.50% of the voting shares in issue. Mr Jackson's aggregate shareholding, through various interests, is 12,819,467 shares, which represents 19.96% of the voting shares in issue. He also owns 500,000 non-voting shares.
