RNS Number:1296O Stream Group PLC 30 July 2003 STREAM GROUP PLC ("Stream" or the "Company") BOARD CHANGES The Directors of Stream Group plc are pleased to announce the appointment of Graham Paul Stevens, aged 45, as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 August 2003. Graham has a broad experience of operational and financial management within both public and private companies in the fast moving consumer goods ("fmcg") industry. Until its acquisition last year, Graham was Managing Director and shareholder of The Law Trading Company Limited, a position he took up in early 2001 following an MBO. Prior to this, Graham spent ten years at Fii Group plc, the footwear company, latterly as Group Managing Director. Between 1983 and 1988, Graham held the positions of Group Managing Director and shareholder of Plum Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary of BSM Group Ltd. During this time, Graham was Managing Director of two further subsidiaries, Jeeves of Belgravia Ltd and Lilliman and Cox Ltd. Graham turned both these companies round and successfully sold them to Sketchley Group plc in 1987. Subsequent to this sale, Graham became Managing Director at Sketchley Group. Graham also gained fmcg operational and line management experience during his three years at J Sainsbury plc in the early eighties. Graham is currently an independent business consultant providing a range of management and corporate finance advice to a number of companies. He is also a non-executive Director of NRX Global Corp. PLC, the software solutions company. In accordance with paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, Mr Stevens's past Directorships over the past five years are listed below: Fii Group plc Fii Footwear Management Ltd The Law Trading Company Limited NRX Global Corp. PLC Organic Shoe Company Limited Organic Universe Limited Zecca Limited Gumshoe Limited Gumboot Limited Between October 1988 and January 1990, Mr Stevens was a director of Celebrity Group Holdings Ltd. Celebrity Group Holdings Ltd went into receivership in January 1990 and subsequently into liquidation. The Company confirms that no other details are required to be disclosed under paragraph F of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules with respect to Mr Stevens. The Directors also announce that David Channing-Williams and Hugo Drayton are today, by mutual agreement with the Company, stepping down as non-executive Directors of Stream Group plc. The Board would like to express its appreciation of their contributions during their tenures of office. In addition, The Board of Directors of the Company advises that it has commenced a search for another non-executive Director and non-executive Chairman, allowing Gordon Robson, currently Executive Chairman and Group Chief Executive, to focus solely on his role as Group Chief Executive.
