ECA Group, subsidiary of Groupe Gorgé, has just won a major contract to supply naval simulators to the Navy of an Asian country.

ECA Group will supply several naval simulators that will enable sailors at all levels to become familiar with the tactical procedures and sensor settings thanks to the use of complex and realistic scenarios in a completely secure training environment.

The anti-submarine warfare (ASW) system and the sonar simulator provided to this customer represent a high-end system that will be used for the tactical training of crews as part of the simulation of operations likely to require surface vessels, submarines and helicopters.

Thanks to its recognised expertise in the naval simulation market, ECA Group was able to present its customer with a comprehensive solution perfectly in line with the training and assessment requirements of its crews, and which includes the design, delivery, training and customer service associated with these simulators.

This new contract confirms the strong growth prospects announced by the Group for the Asia region.
