Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs')

On 14 January 2021, the Company granted to Michele Cicchetti, Partner Director, an award over 156,897 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company (the Award). The Award is a conditional award granted under the DWF Group plc Equity Incentive Plan (the EIP).

The Award will vest over five years in equal tranches, in accordance with the EIP rules and is subject to continued service with the Company.

No consideration was paid for the grant of the Award and no price is payable on the exercise of the Award. For the purposes of this Award, the volume weighted average price for the 5 days immediately preceding the date of grant of GBP0.8184 was used.
