Amendment to dividend payment date

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, announces that the Company's final dividend of $0.02 per share announced on 2 March 2020 will be paid on 10 April 2020 instead of 3 April 2020 as originally stated. The record date and ex-dividend date will remain unchanged.

Moni Borovitz, CEO, commented "In light of the current COVID-19 crisis, earlier this month the board reviewed its decision to pay a dividend and having considered the Company's strong balance sheet and the outlook for our industry, we decided that the dividend payment should proceed".
