Q3 Dividend Declaration

Real Estate Investors Plc (AIM: RLE), the London Stock Exchange listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) with a portfolio of 1.5 million sq ft of commercial property in the Midlands property market across all sectors, is pleased to announce its Q3 dividend declaration.

In accordance with its progressive dividend policy, REI will pay a Q3 dividend of 0.875 pence per share for the period 1 July 2018 to 30 September 2018. The payment will be made on 25 January 2019 to all shareholders on the register as at 28 December 2018. The ex-dividend date will be 27 December 2018. This dividend will be a non-Property Income Distribution (non-PID).
