I have switched my TPOP sims to another mobile operator; at least I can keep my number while TPOP is still operating! So what is going to happen next?

As you have said before the board are useless delato.. they are the ones who have wrecked the company and the share price.

Apologies you are right.0125. X 140M shares in issue. So 175k cap. Now I can see you clearly are a director moaning over 25k cap when you squandered nearly 3M in 6 months and a placing at .01 when the share price was .04pShame on management . Total incompetence and a lack of vision and experience. I have a question. Have any directors got loans out with the company ? Answers on a post card

RFC, your wrong there as funding will be only necessary if share holder's vote against the disposal of the US business. Also back in December the share price dropped to around 0.10 so that would give the company a mkcap of 3million with the total shares of 3.2 Billion. We will see how this pans out but this is priced at rock bottom and below cash balance held and potential 700k from Ting.

The mkcap has never been as low as 150k. The lowest was Friday at 450k.Theres not going to be any dilution if it's past by share holder's on the 25 june to close its platforms in the USA and concentrate on the UK market as it's more profitable. This will be passed, and the Barclay's loan of 1m won't have to be repaid until the 31st Jan 2020, see RNS (31 Jan 2018. ) If Barclay's don't ask for all the transaction money of up to 700k from Ting then the company won't need to raise further funds. It's a shame to see the share price so low as this was over £1,25 a share back in the beginning of 2015. GL.

The proposal to split shares into 2 won't work. The share price will fall below the lower figure of 0.001p today. What a preventable shambles. Delisting this month I expect.

Dave don't blame me , it's the boards fault. I took a knock here and I can post the truth if I want to.They diluted us to oblivion. The share price was .4 and they did a placing at .1 now were 1/4 the placing price and little cash left. How much will it cost to wind up operations in the US ?Timmy and Bobby gone very quiet ????

Happy New Year, oilbuy.

I see TPOP floated at 130p in December 2014. Dropping from 130p to 0.11p in just 3 years takes some doing! LOL. Should be in the Guinness book of records!

I don't know what TPOP does, but looking at the performance of the share price since it floated it doesn't appear to be doing it very well. LOL.

Well it has cash now after the latest placing; will it use it wisely, or fritter it away like it has done in the past? That's the big question. I've no doubt that sharp traders will make money out of what is likely to be a very volatile share price
