Posted at 21/7/2021 10:48 by clocktower The ramp never worked sufficiently to provide the opportunity for someone to unload a lot of shares or make a quick buck. At least the company are doing the right thing now but is it even worth 4p a share? |

The statements in the accounts suggest to me that there should possibly be a criminal investigation launched, with the auditors saying what they have.As you say PUGUGLY, just the odd ray of hope but the prospects are low without a massive cash injection, and at what price. Good luck though if your hanging on in. One to cross off my watch list now. So much for the recent tipsters. |
Posted at 30/6/2021 07:35 by pugugly Report out - Company in BIG trouble - Probably too small to survive in these troubled times - Need to raise more funds - Success uncertain - Looks ripe for the vultures (imo) but likely to be a very severes haircut - (imo) Hope I am wrong Only ray of light might be 12 month (calcuated from 18 month figure) is in region of £16M (e&oe) Only question is by how much will it be marked down. |

Following this sale, Mr Allsop has a notifiable beneficial interest in 16,847,857 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 34.23 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Might hit a few more peoples radar tomorrow following todays rise off the lows. Too many stocks out there have been hit by either Brexit or Tariff woes and now have share prices which really are not justified. If you search around you can still seek value. |

The last few years have not been a good time for TCN but hopefully that will change.Gearing seems to be 46.2% as per the half year results however they are sitting on over £18M of assets. |
