Posted at 19/1/2022 15:45 by oldtimer169 I seem to recall reading that tabled offers of 8p and 10p per share were rejected and 12p was the recommended take out price.Without the new regime taking the reins it may well have meandered for a lot longer! |

Cheques will be dispatched to Scheme Shareholders holding Scheme Shares in certificated form and the CREST accounts of Scheme Shareholders holding Scheme Shares in uncertificated form will be credited by no later than 2 February 2022. |

Posted at 29/11/2021 15:58 by melton john Reading up on Capital Reorganisation I'm afraid that the 5p shares were relaced by 1 new 1p and 1 deferred 4p share, these were cancelled, having no rights or value. The company was then able to issue new shares at a premium to the 1p nominal value.Para7 applies Immediately prior to the Extraordinary General Meeting, the Company will have 114,704,539 Existing Ordinary Shares in issue. Resolution 1 to be proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting proposes that each of the Existing Ordinary Shares be split into one New Ordinary Share of 1 penny and one Deferred Share of 4 pence, such Deferred Shares having the rights attached to them in the articles of association of the Company to be amended pursuant to Resolution 3. |

Posted at 23/11/2021 18:38 by melton john I'm not sure whether IISL are buying in the market Oldtimer169, I'm pretty certain it will be announced if they do. The only trade that was announced was the 393,253 sold by Fincapp as they are acting as an advisor. All trades in this stock go through the market makers so anybody's guess whose buying but a guaranteed selling price if they wait and the deal goes through, odds on it will. There will be a few RNS before then. Level 2 shows Peel on the bid and offer. |

Posted at 23/6/2015 12:50 by loganair I think UNG share price is going to act in a similar way to United Carpets whose share price rose 25% in a week after they announce the resumption of Dividend payments.I other words the resumption of dividend payments will be the catalyst for a major rise in the UNG share price. |
