Posted at 15/2/2020 18:00 by gopher This is not the first blow up in these debt based investment trusts and often trading near par beforehand because of attractive yield and supposedly lowish risk.The general rule is to sell first and ask questions later but in situations like this it is worth remembering that a recovery can take place and the shares will eventually settle at a discount to NAV above well above the sell off price. I would like to see a statement from managers which is surely needed given the share price reaction |

They were issued to eventually be combined with main portfolio but this hasn't happened so in theory totally unaffected I am underwater here and business model seems in question but statement will clarify situation. Posted at 07/5/2017 10:54 by killing_time The dividends have started.The Board also has pleasure in declaring the maiden interim dividend on the C shares of 0.2 pence per C share for the period from admission to 31 March 2017. The dividend will be payable on 23 May 2017 to holders of C shares on the register on 5 May 2017. The ex-dividend date is 4 May 2017. C Share Investment Update The Company is pleased by the level of investment, being ahead of the prior C share issue and on target to meet the expected timeline for full deployment of 9 to 12 months from admission. The Company has made investments totalling GBP42.0 million, including amounts expected to be drawn prior to 30 April 2017, equivalent to approximately 24% of the net proceeds of the C share issue. In addition, the Company has a further GBP34.7 million of approved investments and a further pipeline of GBP77.9 million. |
