Link to notice - may be of use -
OK RM2 and Sphere - bets on the next ones -
I suspect there are others out there already buried which I have missed.

As Dusseldorf says - was a high risk gamble at £0.056p a share 2 years ago - While I knew then that Woody had bought in at too high a level I ahd not yet realised how apparently ignorant/stupid/away from the coalface - were his medical advisors.

johnlewis79 - The share issue to woodford is tied up in these notices:

The shares were issued on 26th March and announced 4th April. The subsequent increase in shareholding bracket was notified shortly after on 10th May.

After this, it appears another £1m was raised through a further sale of B convertible shares, though I don't know who bought those as there was no shareholder update.

Have you heard of 'Omnis Income and Growth fund' ? The announcement on 23rd July references them having voting rights no more than 19.5% and Woodford no more than 49% voting rights. Perhaps they are new to the party

Either way, looks like since March the company raised £3m. Again, in the 23rd July announcement it mentions 'exit scenario', so I'm still of the belief that this parcel will be wrapped up and shipped off to another perhaps sometime next year. As to whether my ORDS are worth anything would depend highly on the valuation it's passed on for. You hold some B class I remember? I think you'll get that back+profit at some point.

Just Googled Sphere Medical -"Latest New "!!!!! Heaven forbid you guys hope to get any money out of SPHR, when the latest news highlight the 50th anniversary of the moon landing , they need to come down to earth and get on with delivering a product that people buy and use at the sharp end of saving lives of sick and at risk patients

That's 0.212p/share - still holding out for more eventually - maybe I should contact woodfood with an 'opportunity' to bring down his average cost there with my 3m

My entry price is low, circa 0.5p - but still the potential for 100% loss.

Well, in theory we will have an update imminently:
On April 26th Richard Write wrote (try saying that after a few pints)

"I expect the Annual Report to be published in the next two to three months, which will give you an update. In the meantime I am pleased to report that development of the automated version of Proxima is progressing well and we are on track to file for regulatory approval in both the EU and US in 2020."

Perhaps 'the' milestone for corporate activity is regulatory approval in 2020

I'm sure Sphere has value.
It's just how much. For instance the Proxima miniature sensors and monitors could be used for other applications as many have said and importantly Sphere retains intellectual property rights. If W has any intention to re list which I very much doubt he must
be carrying Sphere on his books at a price or at the least know what the Co could receive in a sale.
Maybe it's zero...I dont know. Since the IPO in 2013 Sphere had raised in excess of £60m by April 2015, subsequent raises probably now total £70-80m. At one time the Co was worth £25m+ and that's at the P3 stage. Much has been achieved since then.
Goodness knows what the Sales Manager had been doing since then? Probably still looking for a partner or new distribution channels. (Remember Ortho swerving the global distribution rights to P?) Those few hospitals that showed an interest must be wondering what the hell is going on.
Are we still supplying P to Germany where Sphere made their first sale of P3 in 2/16 (Sp 8p). Most likely not. We need answers and quick but are unlikely to be told much if anything. As i've said before this whole debacle has been orchestrated by you know who!

I would be surprised indeed if SPHR were in the books at any value....

Ws firm set to take in c.£6m should the fund remain closed for 3 months. Nice!
W and CEO Newman have earned c.£98m in divs since starting the invstm house 5 years ago. Nice! They paid themselves £36m in divs for the year 2018.Nice!
The EI annual report suggests mngmt fees made up the lions share of the £43m charge last year. Nice!

John you might be able to buy his stake in SPHR for about a tenner , sadly that's probably twice as much as it's worth

One would hope/think since 9/17 the management have added value despite the dilution and (2) separate companies & share classes. However I doubt its been much in share price terms.
The clumsy share structure won't help but as were unlikely to ever return to the public mrkts I doubt its much of a problem.
Whoever buys us will have to have very deep pockets
if a venture into US mrkts is on the cards.
I always thought Sphere should have made the US priority no 1 but that would probably have cost a great deal more.
How one values the 179.9m
preferred in SMH and 4.075m cp in SML plus c.714k 'A' stock I have no idea.
I guess W must have a no in mind if he wants rid of Sphere, Unfortuneately we will have no say in the matter. A serial disappointer since the IPO
I see little likelihood of a material change to my investment.
I expect like me DD you will tap dance to work if you get your money back!
