46 million shares at 1p if I'm not mistaken, I bet they will be sold on as offer
is over 5 times that price !

One has to wonder if the 0.65p share conversion never takes place the stock could be driven into the sky, ie worth pounds as the MM have to cover their positions.?

The Chinese are here for good reason. A £50m+ Chinese miner could easily be reversed in here to create a £60m+ m/cap company. Minimum share price in such a scenario would be £1.20. Ie. 20 x where we are now.

I think most here will hold and see what the game-plan is. The Chinese here are commodity professionals, so work it out for yourselves.

Not one to bet the house on clearly, but it doesn't take much to buy a large stake... £4k buys about 3% of the company!

TBH I have not DYOR here but noted the share being mentioned and late movement today. Pently of cash shells have moved sharply recently - some with good reason and some going far beyond their true value on vague RTO rumours. It is picking the ones that are not being pumped and dumped. As you say small purchases can move these low cap shares and it can be quite hard to sell so may just leave this one alone...

Shidu Capital

2.1mln shares in issue, of which 70% are tightly held.

Current MC (@4.6p) = £95,000

Raising £250k through Loan Notes.

On board, we have a new director Chris Neo who has experience in trading Coal and Iron Ore commodities.

Currently only 600k shares in free circulation, 120k of which were traded today with a premium being paid on touch price.

One to keep an eye on, in this "cash shell boom".....

Will the loan note conversion mean the note holders will convert as the SP, even at these levels, is 7x the conversion price..... hence big dilution and a price drag?
