Posted at 13/3/2008 15:14 by flojo Here it is=The Board of Mondial English Holdings Ltd ("the Company") is pleased to announce that agreement has been reached for the purchase of the entire share capital of Nucom Technology Inc. ("Nucom"), a profitable US company based in Virginia. Nucom offers voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) and traditional time division multiplexing (TDM) telephony services and international gateways to an expanding commercial customer base. Turnover in 2007 exceeded US$11.0 million (£5.5 million) and the Company expects Nucom to expand rapidly in the coming years through internal growth and by acquiring other companies. The agreement is conditional upon at least £1.0 million of new money being raised for the combined group, which is to be used for expansion. It is intended that application will be made for the re-admission of the Company's shares to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. As this transaction will be treated as a Reverse Takeover under the AIM rules, a circular will be sent to shareholders in the course of the next month, setting out full particulars. 13 March 2008 Further information: John Corre-Chairman-Mondi Imran Ahmad-HB Corporate Ltd 020 7510 8598 |

Posted at 25/1/2008 18:33 by tippingpoint Well there's a bold statement... There is life in the old dog then...Could make for an interesting relisting... Lets hope its 50p price target:-) |
Posted at 31/10/2007 21:00 by tippingpoint Doesnt matter until (if) they relist, then technically they come back on at 4.5p but who knows where they go then. A good deal and the price will lift tremendously. A poor deal and the opposite I guess |
Posted at 31/10/2007 13:47 by neguss3 We know that the consolidation is a 100 to 1 but at what price can anyone help me out here is it at .0045 or what |
Posted at 24/10/2007 17:14 by william-just Will we have news on the back of the passing of share consolidation. The RTO that is under way. |
Posted at 18/10/2007 15:01 by driveradi So, we can go to the AGM in Jerusalem if we like, share consolidation 1 for every 100 you own.Does this mean thy have a company to reverse in to? don't see the point of the consolidation if thy don't, if thy have, thy will issue themselves millions of new shares (at the new price ) and we get the crumbs , still I suppose its better than a kick in the nuts. |
Posted at 11/10/2007 22:33 by william-just Had a letter from the co in Israel today with ref to share consolidation of a 100-1there will be an extraordinary meeting on the 25th October. |
Posted at 30/9/2007 09:49 by tippingpoint Indeed and given the 0.5p price paid for shares in the latter days of SLC I am optimistic these guys will be looking for some price appreciation when this relists. Could be very interesting when that happens... |
