My Share For 2020 !
Posted at 25/9/2018 13:55 by carefreesid
I think it will be a long wait.

I dont believe VS is commercial with its main areas of retail and NHS, much less any of the pie in the sky areas in which they are allegedly in talks.

Nice idea, but just not commercial, so I see vs with an nominal value of £5-£10mln.

Bare in mind hundreds of people know what VS is currently doing and earning, and all of them will be asked by contacts of theirs if this is a buy via the back door LEG route.

The share price is telling you its not.

If I am right, then the real value for this share is about 0.02p at best.

Sam, I'm struggling for time at the moment but here is an attempt at understanding the effect of the consolidation. Its a bit sketchy as I've done it quite quickly.

If you have 10,004,223 shares

Current sell price is about 0.0915p

Therefore selling those at that price would bag you £9153.86 excl. Fees etc

So, through consolidation.

10,004,223 / 23,763 = 421 new interim shares

This is then sub divided by 63. So your 421 becomes 26,523 shares and 1,263 deferred shares which aren't worth 'owt.

Not sure how the share price will then work but if the share reduction is by 377, simply mulitplying the sell price of 0.0915 by 377 would give a new sell price of 34.4p

26,523 shares sold at 34.4p would bag you £9,123.91 excl. Fees etc.

So you have about £30 less than before consolidation.

EVENTUALLY( Cambridge dictionary...Meaning)

"In the end, especially after a long time or a lot of effort, problems, etc.:"

Example

Although the LEG share price had been falling for a long time, it still came as a shock when the company eventually delisted.

AMENDED Slightly

A holder of 30,000 existing shares will see these become 1 interim share plus 6,237 ordinary shares

This 1 interim share will then = 63 NEW ordinary shares + 3 deferred shares

Nett result, you start with 30,000 shares trading at .001p = £30.00

Assuming the new LEG (or should I say 8 Peaks) shares start trading at 37p

The old existing 6,237 shares are sold at 0.001p (less dealing charges) = peanuts
63 shares to trade at the new price of 37p = £23.31
+ 3 Deferred shares that you can't vote on, trade or receive a divi. = £0.00

So a big loss

This will be the pro-rata for an 8,000,000 shareholder
.
8,000,000 = 336 interims + 15,632 ordinary shares
336 interims = 21,168 NEW ordinary shares + 1,008 deferred shares

Then 15,632 will be sold at 0.001p = £15.63
21,168 NEW shares to trade at the new price of 37p = £7,832.16
+ 1,008 Deferred shares that you can't vote on, trade or receive a dive. = £0.00

a 2% loss

Of course if the NEW shares should trade at 37.8p then the overall deal would be showing a profit for the 8,000,000 holder

No "bashing" from this quarter, pettigrew;just posing the odd pertinent question.
Please do feel free to respond in a constructive fashion for these matters are better discussed than left to fester whilst the LEG share price weakens.

You mentioned TERN ?

What a wonderful opportunity to invest in a company leveraging its IP to facilitate growth in the burgeoning IoT arena BEFORE the madding crowd appreciate its disruptive qualities.

morning P/P.. RE; deferred shares of £7.90p buy back...

Subject to completion of the Share Capital Reorganisation and the provisions of the Act, the Company wants the right to cancel or buy--back and then cancel the New Deferred Shares. If the Company determines to cancel or buy back the New Deferred Shares it will advise the Shareholders accordingly at the relevant time.

if this was to happen... then could we be looking at a higher share price than we first thought'' in 8 peak????

exciting times ahead indeed....

I am hoping for a suspension Monday morning until everything is sorted out....
on the 27th of SEPT... that would stop all this hate and pettiness...
come on ZAF''' sort it out.... seeing share price at 0.09p is driving me mad...
take it of the market NOW'''

REGARDS...

Mr Market is aware of all of the above, and, by association, the LEG share price.

Just pointing that out like.

Also would be great to be a consultant working for LEG (basically Zaf in disguise) Get given performance warrants which are immediately achieved because the company consolidates the share price Issue of Performance WarrantsPost the year end, 27.5 million performance warrants were issued to consultants. These warrants vest at prices ranging from 0.4 pence to 1.4 pence and have an exercise price of 0.12 pence.

Indeed paul - but I got it some months back from VS, via an e-mail, that they, and they alone, will give permission for Zaf to RNS anything.

In a way, it's a big negative, because the lack of news keeps a big lid on the share price. On the other hand we here have the knowledge of what is happening, and can continue to accumulate LEG stock without the wider investing market knowing the info.

It's like buying as many LEG shares as you can or want to, at 0.10p now, and just waiting.

The intrinsic value of LEG, via stuff like VS and the other holdings, is rising all the time, it's just that the market cannot see it thanks to the way the information is disseminated to it.

But eventually, all will be out.

That's when we'll see 0.2p, 0.5p, and the eventual 1p.

It may take some time, one or two years maybe, but it will happen. It just makes sense to accumulate as many LEG shares at these prices as possible.

The more tightness there is in the free float, the quicker the coiled spring will activate eventually.

The detractors and trolls can say and do and post what they like. At the end of the day they mean nothing, nor do their comments.
