Posted at 17/7/2009 18:48 by cjohn And if the company wants to buy more hotels, as they say in the annual report, then they will have to raise fresh capital, which is likely to depress the share price. So not a great bargain, in my view.PS They also say that there are quite a number of fianncially distressed Leisure hotel operators in Japan: this gives the lie to the idea that this business is recession-proof. |
