Any overhang now cleared, so share price is ticking up nicely. Loads more potential here before offer period ends.

Now the consolidation is sorted, the share price can go back to normal. IMO the price will be up to 72p, as this would be equivalent to 12p before.

The news from the contracts gained can be reflected in the price now that investors know where they stand.

Agreed.

Anyone holding the ordinary shares now has to divide by 6 to get their new holding under the consolidation.

Therefore, as these are aproaching 36p, the share price compared to yesterday is 36/6 = 6p.

(NB: If you hold in certificated form, don't try to sell your "old" holding amount)

Judging by the following from the RNS, a few significant people would have known about this and sold off contributing to the fall in share price over the last week or so...

"Following discussions with certain of the Company's larger shareholders, the
Board is recommending that the Company's share capital be reorganised"
Posted at 09/11/2009 12:42 by hoolers
Shares in Inspired Gaming (INGG.L) tumble 25 percent as investors desert the stock after the company proposes a share capital reorganisation, which Hoodless Brennan says offers little attraction for ordinary shareholders, and therefore keeps its "sell" rating.

"The reorganisation would give 90 percent of the new issued share capital to the preference holders, while existing ordinary shareholders will hold just 10 percent," the broker says in note.

"Why an ordinary shareholder would support this is hard to see," it adds.

Inspired Gaming, which is the subject of a bid approach, says the reorganisation is necessary as the company's existing capital structure is too complicated and contributes to the low liquidity in trading.

Hoodless Brennan says the preference shares are a barrier to the group being sold.

if ord share price is 10p,
the new market price of ingg is then around 60m, still cheap imo
Posted at 09/11/2009 08:04 by qipincha
the company think the ord share price is undervalued.
however, how does it work when they convert one ord share into one new ord and one deferred share?

uptick at the last minutes, same trick as b4.
and mid day is the best time to buy in
tomorrow should be good if I interpret mm's behaviour correctly.

hoolers, I have seen 100 buys many times with this share last week, could be mm short of share at that time.

small wave, shake off quite a lot of undertermined share holders
(current share price pattern is similiar to what was between July and August)
mm should have enough share to have another big rise soon

welcome qipincha - that is a shame that you didn't buy earlier but i think we're on track for some very positive price movement going forward. the share price is severely underpriced as far as i'm concerned.

if anything, we could do without this silly bidder / interested party so that the share price can return to a more intrinsic value. i was in Finsbury Food (FIF) when an RNS came out there was an interested party. The share price rose, and when the party removed themselves it went higher still because people realised just how cheap it was. i reckon over 40 pence here, what do you think? historically, of course, the share price was over 300 - that would be nice!

are my share price estimates too low do you think?
