Posted at 17/8/2009 10:40 by ydderf this is very cheap if you believe property prices have stopped falling.....looks like there have been protests at further dilution, there is only one reason for this position being taken by existing holders and it is that the share is likely to rocket.... |

Using the same metrics for DLD would give about 100% premium from around current levels. Not sure that will materialise but there is a lot of interest for those looking to pick the bottom in these highly geared property companies. |

Posted at 24/10/2007 08:18 by hybrasil If you allow a one third discount to NAV the proper price for this share is 48p. Where do I get the 1/3rd from?. That is the level property stocks have traditionally traded at. That is, before the boom of the last 5 years. |
