Posted at 12/4/2024 12:11 by pre missed that rns as appeared after close - thanks for posting Vasilis.I do like their partnership with TD Synex as they are huge globally and they also have some big quality II's on board. +£4 looking back at charts, so if they deliver, the share price will almost immediately be several fold up from where we are. |
Posted at 11/4/2024 17:08 by vasilis Just in case one or two folks missed this morning's RNS as it was non-reg :-Chris looks a good fit and has the right background and contacts. Note also his founding of Cyber Cheltenham (Cynam) which just happens to be where a certain famous 'HQ' is based. I agree pre that small companies such as CCS and NARF are acorns today but have the potential to grow very quickly as there are clear barriers to entry for those who do not have the right security ratings within the intelligence and allied services communities. |
Posted at 11/4/2024 09:51 by pre i think there is reference within the recent rns regarding their exciting launch: |
Posted at 11/4/2024 09:03 by cerrito Reading the TU of Darktrace I had yo ask myself if they were in such different markets from those of CCS. |
Posted at 08/9/2023 12:56 by kaos3 i sold all long time ago at a profit.... and let the Co know in imc meeting that for me CCS is un investable untill all the debt/warrants gets converted. and cash flow break even. |
Posted at 24/4/2023 17:15 by broken_arrow1 Last weeks presentation - note the last question about the share price, is a funding round coming ? |
Posted at 06/3/2023 16:50 by cerrito As far as I can see Gresham House have not taken up their right to have a director, a pity as they do not take prisoners. On paper a very high powered board but not sure why such a small company needs so many of them.I wonder when we will be told when discussions on what to do with the CEO 's loan note are finalised. I cannot see how with the current share price they can achieve their ambition of doing more acquisitions. |
Posted at 01/11/2022 13:20 by kaos3 I sold long time ago but keep an eye on it. They are "academic governmental agency" creatures. Good at having connections, ability to attract people and presentations and get standards set (standards using their software) etc.Cost control , internal r&d , small is not in their DNK. If they get traction it could be huge. But competing on things like online identity etc with small"private" companies is a no go for such an organization.one stop shop model makes only sense if one has a killer app to sell all bits and partw around a must have. And rizikon does not look like being killer app to me - more and more. Suppliers safty must be huge today. If CCS does not get more traction soon at present supply chains problems - when then? |

OSI full year results look quite comparable ... but for CCS shares you're paying over nine times as much. -CCS: 27/04/2021 06:00 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Crossword Cybersecurity PLC 2020 Annual Results; AGM Notice; Board Changes LSE:CCS Crossword Cybersecurity Plc "... Delivered 25% revenue growth to GBP1.6m, despite the toughest economy in recent memory. ... Loss of GBP2.3m and GBP1.0m closing cash. ..." OSI: 11/06/2021 06:00 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Osirium Technologies PLC Final Results LSE:OSI Osirium Technologies Plc "... Total recognised revenue increased by 22% to GBP1.43 million ... Posted at 22/10/2021 08:47 by kaos3 sold most of mine to#buybackbetter last week I could not sell at 31p for a few days- it is a rise with a small vol - so MM offloading imho but could be completely wrong CCS is a systemic structural Co imho solving important big problems. so its sales cycle is longer and its software more complicated (being systematic - eg. complicated) - compared to some cybersecurity SaaS providers - that have niche & simple for dummies product with extremely short sell cycles a good buy&hold if one can afford sitting |
