                             Domestic Trend 
 
   In the south, long and medium grain milled rice prices steady.  Parboiled 
prices steady.  Second heads and Brewers steady.  Rice by-products: Rice Bran, 
Millfeed and Rice Hulls steady on limited.  Rough rice supplies continue to be 
limited as some rice mills are slowing operations until new crop becomes 
readily available. 
   In California, medium grain milled rice prices steady.  Second heads and 
Brewers steady.  Rice by-products: Rice Bran steady.  Rice hulls market not 
established as most mills continue to pay for disposal of rice hulls. 
   CME Rough Rice settlements for Monday 21st, Jly 18 closed .095 lower at 
12.23; Sep 18 closed .04 lower at 11.80; Nov 18 closed .01 lower at 11.955.  US 
dollar index on Monday settled at 93.84.
