About

Many companies and their nominated broker/advisers takes advantage of the retail investors, soon as the share price heads north they supported by their broker dilute shares at below market price, then consolidate to make share price appear to be reasonable to invest and then re-dilute, even if the company were to succeed on their products they will keep diluting share holders investment into nothing.

Before you invest in any company, you must look at the director's track record on safeguarding investors money, capitalism and moral ethics may not be the best friends, but unless you understand that the moral hazard of you ending up taking all the risk whilst those surviving on your money have nothing to lose you will keep "investing" in such companies and keep hurting your family whilst the company you throw your money into will provide their directors and their families a nice lifestyle.

Just because you can buy a share for fraction of a penny it is not cheap look at how many shares they have in circulation.
