Mortgage/debt free and full time investor since 2008. However, after many years here, I have more or less given up on this site. One used it to seek sensible discussion. From both sides (bulls and bears) about companies, sectors, markets, etc. Sadly it has become a real toxic environment. Discussion threads contain endless attacks on individuals, name calling, lots of unnecessary swearing and so on. With much reduced informative material being mentioned (almost non existent on many boards). In the old days (I am old school), people had the ability to agree to disagree. This no longer seams to be the case and therefore makes the boards a total waste of one’s time.
