Difficult to glean much from the chart other than we appear to have breached previous resistance with nothing much to stop the price until 50p, then 80p. I have a feeling both of these will be breached pretty quickly - hope so as I'm heavily exposed here.

Yes, good rise this am, but peanuts in the big scheme of things. Not many in free issue so this could move up very fast. Still under the radar , but you wouldn't believe it looking at the share price ;0)

This is just the start.

The resources, the placing and the large holdings by Pala and M&G are the underpinnings and the possible newsflow on resource upgrades, mine production expansion and REM's will be the catalysts for bigger increases I expect.

The name has now changed to Sierra Rutile and the ticker is now SRX.

This has caused some confusion this morning. Even for the mm's, who did not know what to quote under, but finally decided to quote under the old TXR for the moment.

Punters piled into Titanium Resources, chasing shares of the Sierra Leone miner up
to 20p before they closed 4.75p better at 15.25p on turnover of 2.1m.

Broker Mirabaud securities placed 113.6m shares at 10p a share, raising £11.4m. Funds raised will help reduce debt, improve financial flexibility and put the company on a firmer footing with the Government of Sierra Leone.

Yes surprised no one has really picked up on the rem, little known at the moment but get the feeling from that late RNS and instant placing was done to appease thier biggest share holders before they release more details
