Can't see £12.50 doing the business, a lot of directors have much higher averages, as do a lot of the institutional holders, many bought in after the MGM offer and US opening, I believe it would need to be over £15 to stand any real chance. IMHO

Well...if it was that easy. Kindred was easy to sell since Kindred has 10-11 brands. Entain sit with 30+ brands and all the retail shops. Its a mess to sort out...And what would the offer be? No buyer will offer more than max 50 % premium, so thats around 1250 if its to be sold soon.

Forget about getting a savy board.Middle Management is also clueless. There's only certain tiers that are valuable regarding staff. This is exactly why the company needs to be bought, split up, and sold to those who know what they're doing.

How about 4 : the board is full of non industry long termers inc ex chief exec ex chairman current stand in etc etc that no one has a clue on how to appoint someone decent & crucially if they do appoint a World class leader they will be all exposed for their experience and thrown out. So the longer you do nothing the more pay you get4 months now & if someone on 6 months notice = Xmas

Doubt share price will show much recovery without a permanent CEO in place.
Unless stellar results are produced, which is unlikely before 2025.

MGM since 2021 gave authorised $8.2bn stock repurchase,. Not far off c 2 percent.. 2021 bid for Entain. £8.1bn.. Poor allocation of capital IMO.. MGM need control of Betmgm.. No way are Leo the Lion making dosh in UK.. MGM are caught between rock and hard place.. share price going back into 30s..they will come knocking..

1.Cant find one
2.Whoever they are talking to about a, takeover want to appoint their own, post takeover, break up..
3.Found one, announcement due very soon..
