This company has been tipped. Tha probably accounts for some of the share price spike up.

I was rather late in (early this month) at 4.9, but managed to sell at 5.3 before the pull back and got in again today at 4.79. My net price paid is still higher than i would like (probably shockingly high to those on this board who have held for a while), but better than it was.

Now i just need the POG to do its bit!

I suspect that the recent pull back in PM prices is more a function of $ strength than PM weakness. Its the sterling price which matters more to us.

Now that the shareholder loan have been paid back, the only way they can continue to receive cash is either selling some shares or dividends. They have got a lot of shares.

There has been stong demand for the shares & they have to come from somewhere.
I imagine he simply instructed his broker to sell them and they have done so over a period of time & then told him once the whole quantity has been sold and then he's filed his declaration.

It must have been a private sale as there were only 2.3m shares traded on 22rd April.

Somebody bought his 50m shares. I wonder who?

Bit of a stretch. I wouldn't put much faith in that chart.

Another notable technical event on the chart. I shouldn't really have to say anything further:

been doing some research on the new tenement areas they have secured .... Wow! they have pulled off a stunning deal, imo.
Very significant potential in/around that area. Early doors sample analysis in H1 & then Drill results in H2 could be very very interesting.
The more i research, the more i am becoming a committed investor.
Had not fully appreciated the potential in this part of the world and that there is already some good exploration data from many years ago that has not been followed up on - presumably interim political scene has not been particularly supportive to the industry but certainly now is. We are now well entrenched with an excellent track-record & this is first push outside of Runruno ... most interesting.

Over the last 10 days there have been a number of £20k trades - if that is the full whack going into ISA's it feels like very good positioning!

tomboyb - Shhhhh. Stop posting facts. You're upsetting the people who have sold out, just as the company became debt free, and missed out on... the inevitable!!

I looked at market cap and deployment of cash for now , does not mean the story can change for me . I buy and sell according to my risk reward at the time If you are longer term than my initial intention , then take my posts as short termism opinions -:)

Sorry to hear that jailbird. Which initial rise was that? The one from 0.5p to 1p? The one from 1p to 1.5p? The one from 1.5p to 2p? The one from 2p to 3p? The one from 3p to 5p? Or the one from 5p to 5.8p?

This is a company that has, for the previous 4 years, been steadily improving it's production processes, steadily improving it's balance sheet, winning in country awards for the way it is running it's business and increasing its share price by over 10 times where it was in January 2020.

What risks do you envisage?

marmalade44

I totally get that but then you must remain objective too and not blindly see the positives and ignore the risks or negatives Anyhow good luck with this I sold out on the initial rise

MTL is a success storey in progress, the fact that’s it’s still moderately unknown means it needs the prospects shouting out loud, it’s not ramping if it’s accurate, it’s letting others know what they may be missing.

perahps then you prefer to buy a share and post negatively about it?
I'd dont see why one would not naturally be a cheerlader for a company one is invested in
