What's with all the mid price transactions happening over the past week or two? They match neither the buy or sell price at the time. Transfer between MMs for some reason?

Truly don't know what she earns, my point is she's not short of a few bob.She bought the same amount (circa £10k) when appointed 5 years ago, and in March too so possibly an ISA / tax thing.Her purchase in 2019 was at 105p so more than doubled on that purchase to-date. Investing c £20k in a business that's paid you say £160k over that period for attending 7 or so board meetings, and now with minimal investment risk in terms of return doesn't scream to me it's a significant purchase / massive vote of confidence - but it's not a sell.

tbh doubt those positions add up to 250k...but lets say in the unlikely event they did, after tax that's not a great income say versus a private or investment banker, as after tax that's about 12k a month, so that's pretty much nearly a month salary on a single stock, so not to be sniffed at.

Sorry but she’s on £32k+ just at GOOD and holds a further 7 or so board positions so isn’t short of a few quid. Guess she earns £250k plus pa.
But would say at least she’s bought double what the CEO purchased recently.
The RNS has a typo too as per my earlier post.

no worries at all, not many folks realise that non EXEC directors are usually right at the end of their career, working really as a hobby and for a token salary, so 10k is a strong purchase for them, had it been a full time working very senior director 10k could be perhaps considered light, then again 10k is 10k on a single stock, not everyone goes balls deep :)
