This one will probably come out with something good as he has provided more funding for it. CK seems to know what he is up to imo.

I've held TMC for over three years - haven't really bothered with thread until about the last two or three months. Sort of knew it would eventually happen.

Anyway bought a small amount today on the basis that the report is late and should be appearing any time now.

Due to be suspended from trading 0700 Monday 18/09/06 unless they confirm their new business strategy to AIM tomorrow.

"The Directors wish to clarify that under the AIM Rules they should by 15
September 2006 either confirm to the London Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") that
the Company's investment strategy has been substantially implemented or have
completed an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover
within the meaning of the AIM Rules If the Company fails to do so it will be
suspended from trading with effect from 7:00 am on 18 September 2006.


The Company will then have a further six months to confirm to the Exchange that
it has substantially implemented its investing strategy or completed an
acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM
Rules. If it fails to do so it will be cancelled from AIM with effect from
7:00am on 19 March 2007."

Was watching this one late last year when they held and made a nice profit on MXP and, if I remember correctly, the guy from TMC (which I hold) was involved! What's the late position.
