30/5/2014 11:04 | Very worrying rns (imo) Changes in mangement apear to have led to a policy of "lets change" which, as hybrasil has pointed produces a weaker (imo) business model. With the strong growth in the UK economy this ought to be spinning off cash but has failed. I suspect hybrazil is being too kind. (IMO) future very uncertain - Was on my watch lsit - Now OFF. | pugugly
30/5/2014 07:23 | Simply poor business decisions. Lets sell the freeholds. Oh dear now we have to face rent reviews. This trading statement will I suspect hammer the share price | hybrasil
24/1/2014 08:51 | now in the regus model with no freeholds. I hope and think we are in for a period of growth | hybrasil
02/12/2013 17:54 | 16% of the company changed hands today. | hybrasil
18/9/2013 08:42 | Good results and a Divi to look forward to. | hibberts
23/8/2013 12:31 | Been in these shares for years paid 12p so sitting on big loss. The take over is a good move it will bring in some good experience and give the company some scale. This could well be a major turning point in SOG. | hibberts
23/8/2013 12:07 | Very much off the radars at the moment but the share consolidation has gone well and future newsflow is likely to be positive. Next interim announcement due 18/09/2013 Look at MAR to see how a parallel company's share price can fly when it captures the wider investor imagination! f | fillipe
15/8/2013 10:44 | Unusual to see so few postings in this success story. I suspect a doubling of the share price from here within 24 months | hybrasil
05/4/2013 09:12 | Listen to Michael Kingshott, MD of Serviced Office Group - Preliminary results. Click the link below to listen. | sammy_smith
04/4/2013 07:30 | Watch the market reaction to these results | hybrasil
21/2/2013 09:27 | Interesting snippet in the Daily Mail market report today: Dealers say the deal makes AIM-listed Serviced Office, unchanged at 3.12p, look as cheap as chips. It has a freehold property portfolio of around £17m, equivalent to its market capitalisation, and has recently been refinanced. | alchemy30
05/2/2013 16:42 | Seventy five million options granted to Directors at a 25% discount to the then share price. Nice. This is unlikely come as a surprise to investors who had the misfortune to invest in Michael Kingshott's previous quoted company Jacobs Holdings Ltd. While MD at Jacobs, investors saw a huge loss of shareholder value, before the bombed out company was taken over by Bidvest SA at a small fraction of the share price most investors and institutions had bought in at. He talked a good game, but consistently failed to deliver on the bottom line. IMHO DYOR | mount teide
23/10/2012 13:26 | happy to get out at 2.9p for break even. Didnt want to miss out on a rare sell opportunity. Still like the longer term potential but dont understand enough of the financing to keep the faith. | puku
22/10/2012 16:07 | big surge today - back to break even - should I duck out ! | puku
18/10/2012 17:23 | I do not hold but was rather shocked by the 75 million options awarded at just 2p with the share price already 2.75p....that is a huge payout to directors and almost 50% dilution at the pre placing level of holdings !! | davidosh
18/10/2012 13:50 | 450m new shares totally outweighs original 152 m. Means the PI is still stuck in this. But market seems to like the re-financing - share price well up. Lets hope it results in expansion and comes to the notice of a wider set of PI's. | puku
06/8/2012 13:36 | Mathisvale - I agree - two excellent contract news on 19 / 24 July. And share price goes nowhere. I was in fact seeking to sell due to dull share price but now if I can get more below 2.50 I will. | puku
24/7/2012 11:42 | Lots of new business contracts accompanied by complete apathy by shareholders. I think that this well run little gem is well below most investor's radar. I am slowly accummulating these shares and storing them in the bottom drawer. It may take a couple of years but I can see the share price being well over 10p one day when it eventually pokes its head above the radar | mathisvale
31/5/2012 14:24 | results out, not good reading really. bank loans due by December. bank liabilities match net assets so a forced sale would end in a loss and shareholders suffer. Still holding and like the potential but nervous. | puku
23/5/2012 11:47 | If the finals were the the 10th of May, atad overdue now. | willie33
25/4/2012 19:57 | Thanks. Lets hope so. | willie33
25/4/2012 17:12 | Finals 10 May. Might be an uplift then. Perhaps it's started already. | lionelh
24/4/2012 14:15 | anyone know when finals are due | willie33 |
