We are now near the end of April and still no news whatever they are planning is being kept under wraps they have plenty of choice Paul and Sean will be plotting a nice earner which will all being well take katoro near to the price needed to trigger a letter requesting extra cash.i will give Paul and Sean 10 out of 10 for keeping the name of the new CEO under wraps.gla

I would say that is a safe bet as per RNS 29th Feb 24 with the appointment of Mr Wade as executive chairman Louis Coetzee former chairman will remain as exec Director and will then step down from the board and employment with the company simultaneously with appointment of second Director. Mr Coetzee will then become a consultant to Katoro until 31st July 2024 to assist with the transition of responsibilities.

@Lurker I suspect rather than prending they are revieweing the Haneti project drill results in some detail and working on other plans which take some time to formulate which are too early to be announced, time will tell.

On a positive note Louis Coetzee is due to retire by rotation at the upcoming AGM, my money is on him not seeking re-election, that news by itself should have a positive impact on the share price.

As I said, it takes quite a lot to be worse than the worst director on AIm - Louis Coetzee

And Paul Johnson and gang seem to be up for the job. In Louis days, share price went from 0.08p to 0.15p. Paul J days - 0.15 to 0.08

Looks like new CEO is trying to screw every last penny out of private shareholders. KAT has nothing and should be delisted.

previous Chairman is responsible for a lot but not since Feb. Paul Johnson and gang took over then and for last 2 months delivered f'all. Apart form 850k placing and 30% decline in sp

Plans are afoot Yaki. Be patient. The previous CEO is alone responsible for the continued fall in the S.P. not PJ and gang.
And before you ask: No I don't know the exact plans they have for KAT; I just know Paul Johnson always has them and he is incapable of surviving without having or dreaming up cunning plans (Like Baldrick).

This is really really bad. Where is the new CEO, what is going on. The share price is less than under Coetzee and below placing price.

Paul Johnson and gang haven't delivered anything yet, apart from taking the share price 30% or so down!

This is unbelievable. The new guys managed to drive the price even lower than what Coetzee did. It must be quite rare to do worse than Louis Coetzee but looks like Paul Johnson and the POW gang are up for the challenge!

Can someone throw any light on who owns or has purchased roughly 700m shares at the two fundraising s of 750m and 75m, RNs have come out for around 120m , so far we have to unanswered questions the new CEO and who owns the majority of the fund raise.

Lurker 5 if they where to move henetti to power metal then bar the money owing from lake Vic they are a pure shell, power need a few ipo's so hey presto you have katoro global, and that's why I think the mystery surrounding the new CEO, also if you look at today's RNs they mention Australia as an after thought, also one of the new shareholders was involved with greatland gold, as I say all will be revealed with in the next month to six weeks I think.
