IP Live invests in Human Body Exhibition
A touring exhibition of anatomical specimens co-promoted by Clear Channel

IP Live plc ('IPL'), formed to take advantage of commercial opportunities in the
entertainment sector, has made an investment into Exhibitions International LLC
('EIL'), a Nevada limited liability company set up to co-promote with Clear
Channel Entertainment Exhibits, Inc. ('Clear Channel'), a touring exhibition of
anatomical specimens under the tentative title 'Wonders of the Human Body' ('the
Exhibition').


The investment, which has been paid in cash, gives IPL a significant but
non-controlling stake in EIL and a proportionate share of revenues generated
from the touring Exhibition.


Under the terms of the operating and co-promotion agreement between EIL and
Clear Channel, the investors in EIL are entitled to recoup their investment from
net receipts (after costs) from the Exhibition, on a prorata basis.


Following recoupment of its investment, IPL's return will be based on all net
receipts and profits generated from the Exhibition and received by EIL.


'Wonders of the Human Body' is an anatomical exhibition of at least 20 human
body specimens and approximately 170 single organs of humans and animals
(collectively, the 'Specimens'), which have been preserved using a process known
as plastination.


EIL has obtained the right to display the Specimens and the right and license to
use the related documentation, intellectual property, images and know-how of the
Specimen's owner (the 'IP').


The touring Exhibition is expected to provide a detailed insight into the
anatomical structure of the human body, presented in a way that is accessible
and suitable for family audiences in Europe, North America and other
territories.


It is anticipated that the investment budget will be sufficient to take the
Exhibition through to its launch. IPL has the right but not the obligation to
invest further funds into EIL should the opportunity arise.
