See post 1956

From Companies House

Kilsyth Property Dev is still a valid company, though accounts are well overdue and Michael Hill resigned at the end of last year. I don't know if they own the land or maybe the bank have been given it.
The last time something similar happened with one of my stocks the bank took the property for a £2m debt, rented it out for 5 years, then sold it for £17m.
I, of course got nothing at all.

Very interesting read Darcon.

Reminds me of what Nick Leeson did in a way.

4 million is not a lot, take them a week or two to make that back !

Nothing for us then

3 months notice of dissolution was given on 4th August 2009.

For the record, at companies house
"Status: Dissolved 17/11/2009"

Strange that the date is in the future. What happens now, I don't know. Normally liquidation etc. happens first!

So , how do you win an award for being "beautiful" if you have a great big derelict chunk of land in the centre ?
