That level of inventory is still unecessarily high. I call the recent threat of strike action "strife", even if it was narrowly averted. I have to say I am surprised by the rise in the share price since the results, and disappointed not to have taken advantage of it, but when were markets ever logical?

I thought the results were good. The management over the last two years have stated they wish to hold inventories between 14 and 15 million pounds so can't see your objection. Newish management yes but much improved on the last lot. Pension strife hardly they have agreed to put £1 million in per year from their large cash pile and good cash flow with minimum debt. Today they are up 10% and something like 28% since the results speaks volumes.

Despite prelims, still a basket case - inventories too high, new(ish) management not having enough impact, pension strife amongst the workforce etc etc

Close Period doesn't bar news - only bars sharedealings by directors etc.

They are in a close period and in any case results last year were on 22 Feb. Not that long to wait. Just a tech sector colapse. CSR, Wolf TTG the list goes on and on personally I am going to keep adding up to the results.

Something to do with the changeover of Financial Directors? Today's drop comes immediately prior to the naming of the replacement. Has the outgoing FD told someone something?

Management should bring forward the results announcement date or provide a trading update to the market.

Looks like there is someone with a substantial holding trying to exit their position.

Having dropped down through that 45p level, the only other past low is the very old pre-ZTX 28.5p -- if that has any relevance at all now. (It shouldn't really - but by the same token neither should the 45p, but it did)

Menthol - yes, the Plusmarket trades will have an effect on price, even though the trades data may not show up on LSE feeds. The same MMs will be aware of the Plus trades and will amend their prices at times.

Bought some more yesterday. Trade shown on Plusmarket was wondering if tades on Plus have any effect on LSE prices.
This company is now trading below NAV and if you look at the factory there is know way you could build and equip this operation at todays market cap. Small cap and chip stocks continue to be hammered and most fund managers seem obsessed with large Cap stocks and utilities. May go even lower in which case I will buy more.

The company is virtually debt free. Based on the share price, the EV/EBITDA multiple of the company is approximately 2.8x. IMO, this is very cheap compared to its peers and I wonder why no trade or PE firm is looking at this company. Should be particularly attractive to PE firms given its lack of debt.

Unfortunately, due to the current shareholding structure, the share price will fluctuate rapidly unless liquidity of this counter resumes to a normalised level.

Yes through 45p support after 2 months of consolidation doesn't look good.

Further selling into the close today also.

That was 8 weeks ago. Did they find anyone yet?

I don't know if the 45.5p low five years ago is valid (they were a subsidiary of Telemetrix in those days) - but if so, the price has this week dropped through that oldest available support level after clinging to it since November.

This was one of the first shares I ever bought when I became a full time investor/trader, back in the days when it was called Telemetrix. Looking neglected nowadays, but perhaps it's due a decent bounce.

Good to see that there is someone there who is still interested. The Company has been very quiet with no announcements for months and the share price has not really done anything. I am down a fair bit since I bought and wonder if there is anything on the horizon which will make things better. It could be February before we see any numbers. Any views?
