Carwood PLC (Formerly Downtex PLC)

CAW was formed as a cash shell after it's previous business was sold to management for £50K and said it will seek voluntary liquidation if it does not find a suitable acquisition opportunity within two years.

CAW (as far as I know) does not really have any assets other than the 50K in the bank, and it's AIM listing. It is seeking a RTO.

I've been monitoring for some time. Once thot it could be a worth a little punt. I've watched the price trend downwards in the past couple of weeks on no trades, no news. I intend to keep monitoring. But for the moment, please don't consider these as cheap!
