Preliminary results 24 February last year. Next Monday (23 February) for 2014? Hopefully no further bad news after the pre-close statement at the beginning of December.

There's hardly any trading in this - over the last year around 60 transactions per month, each (with a very small number of exceptions) with a value of only a couple of thousand pounds or so.

Hard to read much into prices without any news flow and with such low trading volumes and a small free float - directors 67.23%, Liontrust 12.04%, L&G 3.36%, Artemis 3.18% - leaving only 14.19% for all others, both traders and longer term holders.

Interim results out this morning. Trading ahead of last year - revenue up 8.1% - adjusted EBITDA up 7.0% before substantial adjustments for share based payments and acquisitions (after these items down 66.6%). Cashflow broadly neutral before acquisitions.

Generally bullish conclusion to the Chairman's Statement:

"The fundamentals of the business remain positive and we are confident that our focus on building premium Consumer and Technology Business Information services will provide the basis for continued long-term profitable growth."

Today's announcement of new banking facilities looks like another piece of steady good news - bit of a tick-up in the price suggests others think so too.

I have a holding in this. There's not a great deal of news flow but, with today's announcement and the 2013 results earlier in the year it seems as if things continue to move in the right direction.

Interim results were out at the end of July last year so there's likely to be further news later this month.

As much as I like the look of the company it still seems overpriced. My forecast PER is over 20 and not much asset backing. It is growing well and could justify the optimism but I am staying out for now.
