21/6/2012 11:47 | Sammy, TEP Exchange Group(TEX) - I do agree considering the platform deal with income per qtr £230,000. It looks promising. Also the possible dividend payment of 0.03p it is very encouraging to know that you will get some of your investment back and a better balance sheet end of the day. With next years results could be as much as it is now with the income from SL. It is good for long-term. | vijay130
21/6/2012 09:05 | I came across this interesting audio interview with TEP Exchange and wanted to share it with you guys: | sammy_smith

26/11/2010 17:07 | well someone had no patience today and lost £700 as a result. 456k bought at 0.425p, then sold 30 minutes later at 0.26p | sportbilly1976
26/11/2010 13:03 | Yep, that's it summed up in a couple of sentences. | bobs good eye
26/11/2010 11:40 | So possible profit is huge here - one million in fees guaranteed for up to 10 years. If it does become a big hit, then someone will buy the company | barnetpeter
26/11/2010 11:29 | bp - I'm guessing SL Investment Managers have big plans for this platform that will make £250k per quarter in fees look like money well spent. | bobs good eye
26/11/2010 11:23 | "in addition, the technology can be utilised for trading in other assets, particularly within the financial services sector". | barnetpeter
26/11/2010 11:20 | Well i suppose that will help revenue at £30 per annum or roundabouts. | tomboyb
26/11/2010 11:17 | Over a million per year in fees; thats double the mkt cap. In consideration for this arrangement, the Company will receive a quarterly fee of GBP20,000. In addition, SL has been granted exclusive rights to develop and modify the electronic platform for a quarterly fee of GBP 230,000 ("the Licence Agreement") to enable SL to put additional financial products on to the platform. In addition, TEP Limited (the trading subsidiary of TEP) has entered into a 12 month non-exclusive licence with SL ("the Sub-Licence") to utilise the electronic platform for a quarterly fee of GBP25,000. | barnetpeter
26/11/2010 09:05 | I see a few are having a nibble. Maybe finally noticing the potential value in the licence agreements. So illiquid it barely takes any activity to move the share price | bobs good eye |
