I saw a cash shell on the sea shore....
Now where have I seen one of those before??

You mean shells have a finite life on AIM now and BWP has until the end of this month to shout - or be suspended.....

Because that's what the management team did before the subsidiaries went bust. Not sure whether or not the tax losses will be available if it's in the same trade.

Has anyone any idea what company BWA is likely to reverse in to? I read somewhere that they were looking to reverse in to a company within the transport sector. Why would that be?
