Fish and Chips

Anyone know why this mother of all ITs is so sluggish and static despite recent stock market gains? I know it invests in elephants rather than tadpoles (as it were), but its performance seems below par. It also trades at a hefty-ish discount.

anyone know of an IT which invests in discounted ITs (irrespective of sector or geographical location)?
