Friday results. Dividend 0.5p but loss making and outlook isn’t great. NAV apparently 99p at November 22.

If you scroll back through posts on here someone posted an article on a company he used to own.my guess is he wants to own the company long term.Holders boss is quite old now and holding a huge amount.

Does anyone know who is David Loughran, he has been building a stake since August 2021 and recently increased his holding from 10.1-11.44%. Is he just a private investor or potentially looking to takeover the company. Grateful for your views

7.5% increase in revenues and 5.2% increase in margins.

Second half started well ( June July and August) so hopefully back in profit by the year end.

Still cash rich.
