Do Not Throw Away Those Certificates

Havings just gone through the report sent by KPMG, the following conclusions can be reached:

After settlement of all debts, there is £ 1,606,806 available for shareholders.

Due to the company valuation falling from £ 160 Million - £200 Million, there is a huge capital loss available that other companies may be interested in.

In order to realise this loss, the company has to remain in administration until 11 July 2005.

With a following wind, our company could be worth more in death. It could even be re-listed.

A long wait but certainly not a lost cause
