22M with 2M EBITDA is solid. Seems like 85% of current revenue is guaranteed in 2024. Slow and steady progress.

Another way of looking at this is that without Smith and Co - there wouldn't be a business. He's done a great salvage job and am looking forward to an exit. If he enriches himself in the process then so be it.

The LTIP is a bit much given these are the very same people who have run the share price into the ground. However their greed knows no bounds. It is a private company essentially.

Well, with this new LTIP at least they have an added incentive to maximise the value - via positive news flow, contracts, new Lifecycle partner or a takeover.

I can only speak for myself - I top sliced 10% of my holding as I wanted to add to two other investments going up today - now the holding is pure profit and probably won’t consider reducing further until north of the 504p price - I might have made the right decision or the wrong decision but no longer beat myself up about the bad decisions as long as the good decisions happen more often lol

Another saying the share price needs to be £15 for the warrants to be exercised at 50p. I haven’t checked but has he factored in that we are due further investors in this first tranche later this month (probably at 504p) so a few extra shares to market plus there is the second fund raising tranche later this year - so the trigger price to get to £250 million will probably end up being a little lower than £15. Maybe nearer £10. Great discussion topic but it’s really a moving target re share price or warrant targets until the tranches are completed and we know how many new shares have been issued and at what price - we can all agree though that it’s looking good here - VERY GOOD (btw I used to post there but I got locked out and they want an old email address to reactive - but hopefully I will work out how to post over there again soon and respond directly to posts)

I am 55 this September and can access my SIPP and TNT is by far the largest holding so will need to know how to access the 25% tax free element (in one go or in stages?) soon... might hit the lifetime allowance IF TNT goes beyond £8 and I suspect a few of us will be in the same boat GL---

TBH IMHO this is a bargain up to £3 at least considering the news and the fact future tranches may be even at a higher price than £5.04 (Q2/Q3) so if you were not to look at the share price until the last day of the year (as if) i reckon you would be quite happy with the result
