Thanks clueless, nice to see you, i never tried to chase you away, no hard feelings, if i ever said anything that upset you then i am truly sorry.

Anyone with any city understanding already knows that they have just been kicked by the "last chance in the city" broker.

I still stand by my original words, the same ones as i joined this thread on, if Rhodes would have been more of a leader then a talker HSBC would not have pulled the plug back a couple of years ago, and things may have turned out different and that's a fact ... Believe me.

I again say" It really is time that the FSA start prosecuting people issuing good news RNS when all along the real situation is dire".

2clueless - I think you'll find Ravensworth either belongs to a family relation of the board or a business associate....these things are always closed circles

Ok, 25c, I'll come out of retirement just this once....

The company have spelled maximise correctly.
Your version - maximize - is an Americanism, but generally accepted into English nowadays.

I agree with encarter - management are far from clueless. If they were clueless, they'd be raising the 750K themselves from their past over-inflated salaries and bonuses, and taking the company themselves, not handing it to Ravensworth.
Looks like its the end - even if they raise the funds, the company is too cash hungry and has no family silver left. Can't see it ever making enough profit to generate decent shareholder value - and that's only if they ever convince a nomad to take them on.

Right, off to get my pension, now.

Management are far from clueless, they'll end up with exactly what they want and hopefully one day exactly what they deserve.

Oh well, another company ruined by clueless management.

It seems that any old fool can run a company these days.

hope none of you guys lost much money. Cannot see a Nomad taking on this co with 97% of the shares in one ownership.

What the directors have done is to agree with Ravensworth to do nothing about further financing. By doing nothing, the company goes into administration and ravensworth as major sharholder and creditor (with convertible loan of £1m) will get all assets and therefore take the company on the cheap.

Another AIM scam, another bunch of directors on someones hit list....

p.s. don't hold any, just looks obvious to me....

Bought some of these at 1.25p in April 2006 ... and that was before the 50 for 1 consolidation!!! Sold out for a small loss not long after I bought them, but can't believe you can pick them up for the same price again now!
