RTW - youre probably missing something! What does yahoo finance say about the market cap or how about looking at the outstanding shares and multiply by the share price - simples!

If only someone would buy our interest in Serenity. Use the cash to buy back the huge amount of placing shares they issued to enter the agreement initially, and still loads left. Serenity has been a disaster in my opinion and was always too big a risk for a company our size to have even contemplated.

It does seem ludicrously cheap. Maybe they should sell their interest in Serenity to I3 for a few million and use the money for something else.

The company maker looks to be Irish gas.

according to advfn, mcap is £9.1 million, which is pathetic based on Wressle alone

Despite all the interviews, PR, publications, and surveys, the investment community is just not interested. Only way forward, like Egdon, would be a trade sale of a project, or sell the whole lot and put us out of our missery..

We have simply never recovered from the huge dilution for the mad gamble on Serenity

Curry and I have being saying for eons that they should sell the company.
But the current Board is not going to promote that.
The "failed" Action group also had a trade sale as a key option too.
Roll on the next AGM!

Just listened to the proactive interview. Why, when the data room for Inishkea has already been open previously for several months (before the last bout of seismic reinterpretation) do they not already have several companies just waiting on the results of it ready to pounce? Surely it shouldn't take as long as 6-12 months? ( again ). Hate to say it but sounds like can kicking to keep on picking up the monthly salary to me. With the market cap so absurdly low as it is I am of the same opinion as Curry. It would make sense for us to be bought out by a major so they could go it alone. As for Irish projects not being for the faint hearted it's my opinion that with all the information out there regarding the benefits of home grown production versus imported gas I don't think even he would be able to stop it.

Yep we seem to use a lot of outside consultants probably because we can't do the work ourselves. Undoubtedly the best value for money independent report we got was the Director Salary Package report which said our Board was vastly underpaid.
Oh - and another tick down this am.

When you've been here as long as I have, waiting for one of the projects to actually get somewhere, endless reports and seismic interpretation are not what you want to hear. A farm out after all this time is what we are looking for and it's forever kicked down the road.

It`s there to put on the record that not allowing an explo well and a possible development would be an act of Irish self harm. To me it`s perfect logic. Develop your own gas with less emissions.
