Appraisal & development assets

Is a sellers market

Exploration in deep water is a buyers market , mainly for majors only with deep pockets

Thali appraisal and development is attracting more and more interest

Initial dialogue showing interest, DD by potential farmee, signing of NDA, commence discussions , multiple commercial negotiations

All with multiple parties takes time

We are in a strong position to get the required finance completed in the near term ready for summer drill

tanboy (obviously not me ffs🤦🏻;‍♀ʊ39;) I am not a big fan of equities at the moment, the only one I have bought this week is (SAGA), two reasons 1. Cycle bottom, 113p entry 2. Results out this morning profits up, net down. Not for a short term play though..dyor as usual

Did say about the dow short from 40,000 way over valued, short all dead cat bounced.

Looking to short gold soon around $2400

Opened $2385, looking for $2000 over the months ahead, providing no further Middle East escalation. Gold is somewhat over valued, especially if US rates cuts dont happen until October
