Relatively disappointing value placed on the business [see previous calcs], but bearing in mind the current management's lack of clear direction,happy to accept.

I wonder what the price would have been if the management had not been in receipt of some generously re-priced options a couple of months ago ?

Can't even remember what I held before, that morphed into Smartspace! I certainly didn't buy SMRT*

So after the roller coaster years, and th recent 30s, I am minded to support the bid


edit It was Redstone before SMRT, and Coms before Redstone. So I've held about 10 years

Pleased it is sorted. Doesn't get me out square but almost after picking up more in the 70s recentlyNot what I hoped when I bought but given it was in the 30s I feel relieved. Onwards to something else

You have to laugh at the uncrossing trade of 500 shares @ 59p marking it down 6p at the close when the reality is it's up 10p on the back of some encouraging buys. Would expect it to open up 16p or 27% in the morning, all things being equal.

Skedda didn't want to get into a bidding war and were unwilling to match or beat the provisional offer of SIS. Hopefully that will mean a quick resolution to the bidding -imo.

Due diligence should be relatively quick, end year at 31st January, most accounting is finalised, just waiting for the auditors to sign off. Could get an answer either way by early March. . Hopefully!!!!!!
