I have spent a few hrs looking into this but have decided to keep away for time being, main reason being, cash burn, which is pretty high indeed.

Hitman is out in force once again in his multiple egos.
Secret - cashburn…yep, he’s just talking out of his…
Cashburn with Ciz is about as low as you get, with wages paid in shares.

Whilst I can't speak for LLAI, I'm rather intrigued by your comment that all 3 Company's cash burn was substantial. My intrigue stems from your comparison of ONC v Ciz, given that Ciz's annual cash burn is circa 20% that of ONC.

Apologies, I didn't add context to my statement. In short - I deep dived ONC about 1 (maybe) 2 years ago. When doing so, I had looked closely into CIZ and LLAI too. Out of the 3 companies and in terms of early detection - ONC's biomarkers looked to be a few years ahead (granted tech was different) and most promising (in terms of results). Even so, ONC didn't really fill me with much confidence especially given the larger players out there with deeper pockets and better results. I noticed cash burn on all 3 companies was quite substantial and in addition, all 3 would require a few placements nevertheless to keep afloat. I also came to the conclusion that CIZ was the most vulnerable. Anyways.. that's my 2 pens worth.

Looks like the Hitman crashed and burned after missing the runway and is now extending his intellect to the development of new words.

Don't disagree @dplewis. The silver lining, in my view, is that they have made the announcement & hopefully are clear that if they try to get too clever with their carefully worded comments again, PIs will be there to hold them to account. Everyone is much clearer now that commercialisation is, in fact, NOT imminent. The test is still groundbreaking & potentially a huge money spinner imo, but investors can now make their decisions on a slightly more realistic basis. Hence, I would say we have taken a step forward. Re the commercialisation, my opinion is that they don't have the required expertise within the company & are being blown around by the prevailing winds as a result. I'm hopeful (but by no means certain) that they can get this over the line by hook or by crook. I'm less hopeful that they will not try to screw PIs, so I, for one, will continue to watch every move they make as closely as possible.

Seems to me a typical opaque whiffy AIM news release. Not exactly blockbuster sounding revenues.. sure the revenue will keep the wolf from the door but the market digested it and decided it wasn't worth getting excited about

Indeed, & about time.
A bit less Arthur Daly & a bit more focus on delivering the goods would be appreciated , going forward.

Why has someone loosely related to the company (detail of 'partnership' largely unknown) set up a company in the US & called it Cizzle Bio?

This information is publicly available & is, therefore, an announcement.

Will this announcement have a material impact on the share price? Almost certainly, yes, in my view. One way or another.

Why has CIZ made no announcement via RNS to the shareholders regarding this?

Some good work going on from some contributors over on the other boards. Any genuine investors should consider following their example. The only way to hold the company to account is to take the initiative. PIs have very little control, however the one thing they can do is kick up an almighty stink when things aren't being done properly. Good stuff, imo.
