Haven't been investing long..never had a takeover happen until..bus like..3 come along at once..includiing ppix.
Not the busiest of BBs ..

Any idea on the process and the timeframes involved here?
Any help much appreciated.

A sad end for some great technology, no doubt it will flourish under US ownership and they will reap the rewards! I fear this ending will be same for many small uk tech companies. There is no institutional support / appetite in the uk for companies of this size which must be damaging in the long term.

Towards the end of the RNS is this line:

'All such payments will be made net of any withholding tax required to be deducted by the Paying Agent and will be remitted by the Paying Agent on behalf of Exaktera.'

Does this mean we will lose 15-30% to the US tax man?

• Legacy Oil Assets and failed projects knocked share price and confidence of Long Term Holders
• Geothermal Progress Seems Slow
• Delays seem to bother some impatient traders but Aleph have stumped £12m loan!

Great find, Buywell3.

What I love about PPIX's fantastic set of recent results, is that their profits weren't derived solely from taking advantage of the increase in demand for their sanitation products during Covid. Which is great because it means that their spike in profits are not just a once off spike due to an increased demand during Covid but rather part of their path to greatness and domination in their market sphere.

They have such a diverse array of applications, such as: Algae growth, eye health, railway inspection, and 3D printing. And are focused on applications in growing markets and OEM projects requiring unique attributes that are not attainable in the general market.
