22/4/2024 14:50 | laginaneil - "Sorry don't understand this line; 'The nominal value was 0.10p it is now 0.01p.'" A company cannot issue new shares at a price lower than the nominal/ORD value. You will find the Nominal/ORD value below on the right hand side under the heading 'Description' The ORD was previously 0.10p. On 19/01/24 VRS done a placing at 0.080p. They would not ha e been allowed to do that if the ORD had not been changed from 0.10p to 0.010p on 30/10/23. | pwhite73

22/4/2024 13:14 | 0.01p is the next expected move in "growth value". It could then go to 0.00001 etc. etc. with the whole process accurately synchronised on the turnaround project. This beast grows upside down. Those who knew - as cunning NR did - sold at the top despite having the most lethal "killer product" - called "nanene". One day the share price will be so tiny that any buyer would take the company over without even realising. For example imagine the market cap reaches £1000 (as everything is upside down) and you buy say a few billion costing £999 (assuming NR sells his "stake"). You leave £1 for PWhite or 500 million shares, of course, and both become the new owners. Then for the first time in history, a salary will be 100 times higher than a market cap. Guinness book will be required to record this fantastic event. | fuji99
