Get out while you can. Don't think there is long left before it either goes under or issues more Confetti

Confetti share this one dilution, dilution and more dilution coming. Already over 1.5 billion shares in issue mad very little to show for it. More will come to pay the loan and to fund operations. Mkt cap is high for a company making biglsses and not producing much at all with 2.1m revenue. I'll stay well clear of this as it looks to get worse and keep falling. Poorly run

....... The Company is planning to commence production in its new facility by early 2025 ......

------

I was only making light of the wording in an earlier RNS. Didn't think for a moment it would take them over one year to kit the new place out and start producing ... but it will.

Cash raise rocking very soon why they fail to mention it. This is heading south on those results very poor. Little progress and no uptick in revenues. Seems they are struggling to get new customers. Losses will be huge. Mad cash position dangerously low. Emergency fund raid eat a big discount at 1p coming imo

Mkt cap 46m now looks way overvalued and revenues and losses out of control with no sign of improving. This is not a sound investment even allowing for risk it just looks destined to fall and even face possible admin in the future

Reading the last results this looks a total. Disaster. No cash. Big loan to repay and heavily loss making. It can't go on an swill come to a head very soon either with sale of assets or a very bad restructuring

Most important of all and more than a little unhelpful - no mention of cash position. I find this quite extraordinary...

Just my opinion zingaro and I hope they have done their own research.

But Yes - Bones is the man as I'm feeling very silly for buying German Rubbish.

If you think this share price is bad ! Just wait for the results. The expense of moving plant to the new premises. The lost production caused by the move, and the cost of new machinery will destroy any hope for many investors. Bones is going to enjoy that mornings read.

The six months grace period on rent will have come to an end and so it will be costing PM from now. This is another bad company for keeping investors informed on progress so we just sit and watch our investment disappear.

-----
Quote; Good progress is being made on the coordination and planning for the transfer of operations to the new facility, which is expected to be operational in 2024. This process is being supported by a rent-free period of 10.5 months from April 2023.

------
Operational in 2024 - a full twelve month wiggle room hahaha

Again Bones,

If you had done some research or followed this thread rather than dipping in to score points you would have seen my reaction to the dilution RNS.

tenapen28 Nov '23 - 07:18 - 467 of 476 Edit

I wondered why the RNs yesterday.

To soften the blow of today's dilution.

A stitch up IMHO

Tenapen your looking quite foolish now as the death spiral financing destroys shareholder value here. Perhaps listen to yourself and do some research next time.
It sfunnny to look back at people here predicting 40p only a couple of years ago who have disappeared now without a trace. Usually happens when they get it completely wrong
