Total Nightmare on this World Cup.

Lost my original Bank of £1000.

Decided not to chase my losses.

Will try again in next Euros and World Cup.

Luckily I only bet what I could afford to lose.

Time to start saving up for the next competitions.

Looking at the final Group Matches I think that although there are some teams that have already qualified I feel that they want to win to be top of their respective groups or another reason

Argentina to beat Poland - because they won't want to play France
Mexico to beat Saudi Arabia - because if Argentina beat Poland they can end up 2nd

France to beat Tunisia - because they want 100% record in their group
Denmark to beat Australia - because they can get 2nd place in Group

Spain to beat or draw with Japan - because a draw will leave Japan 2nd in table
Germany to beat Costa Rica - because if Spain beat Japan Germany can finish 2nd

Belgium to beat Croatia - Belgium can either finish 1st or 2nd depending on Morocco
Morocco to beat or draw with Canada - Morocco can finish 1st or 2nd on Belgium game

Brazil to beat Cameroon - because they want 100% record in their group
Serbia to beat Switzerland - because they can finish 2nd in their group

Portugal to beat South Korea - because they want 100% record in their group
Ghana to beat or draw with Uruguay - because they will finish 2nd in group

I was sticking to betting on the favourites on each match and if the odds were not good then doing -1 goal handicap on the favourite for better odds. There have been some unexpected results in this World Cup. I did look at Cash outs, one that seemed good was when USA were winning against Wales, but changed my mind like an idiot and missed out on a nice amount. I think that I will change my tactics and do a Yankee and pick one single bet to cover the money laid out. It looks like you have the better strategy, Well Done. I hope it continues for you. I think that France and Brazil seem to have the better chances of winning it.

elpirata well done on your Euro win. Italy did the business for both of us. I would have loved England to win, but to be honest Italy have been the best team throughout the Competition.

Those European Leagues look to be a good thing as long as you do the short odds bankers.

Thanks elpirata, Over the three betting threads Euro 2021, Copa America and Euro 2021/Copa America Combination at the moment I am looking at a small loss, £35.50, if the rest of my bets lose. I have got to change a few things for the next time. I suppose a long as it's a small loss or a small profit, it is just some fun. Next is the World Cup so I will have to make sure I research a little more on what bets I put on.
