16/4/2024 14:27 | (5p) 6.5p old money pre div, on the offer price, is this a new high. | katekat
16/4/2024 10:08 | there worthless so better to sell the position for a quid and save the tax on the payapps windfall, the money saved not paying the tax, would also be accumulating interest to cover the 100k they engage may or may not now be worth | katekat
16/4/2024 09:51 | Pretty sure it has to be a disposal or liquidation for HMRC purposes. | medusala
15/4/2024 11:39 | Current cash and fresho are probably equal to the mkt cap | trawl
15/4/2024 10:21 | magpies, incorrect prim will give it away, it’s worthless | katekat
15/4/2024 10:20 | of course it can be set off it’s been revalued by an event, it’s put extra money in to prime bank account immediately which would have been off set for tax on the payapps windfall | katekat
15/4/2024 10:11 | First-as 2magpies says-it ONLY becomes a loss after it has been sold. Second-it has been a disastrous investment losing the company lots of money no matter how you shake it up-so hardly a cause for celebration! Third-I'm not a tax specialist so don't know for sure this loss, when taken, could be set off against gains elsehere and I suspect you don't know for certain either. Just to be clear I hope and expect it can be offset against gains elsewhere when realised. So, if you don't mind, I'll keep up at my own pace with some old fashioned facts to back it up rather than just spout nonsensensical comments | theinquisitiveone
15/4/2024 09:22 | Kitty, no! Only when the holding has been disposed of. Paper loss, at the mo. | 2magpies
15/4/2024 09:20 | T I o keep up, that’s a tax write off against the payapps tax that would have been due on the windfall, | katekat
15/4/2024 08:57 | A couple of 100k purchases this morning I'm hoping buybacks have begun | trawl
15/4/2024 08:46 | Not looking very Prim and proper, eh? | arthur_lame_stocks
15/4/2024 08:24 | Eh, you what?? | theinquisitiveone
15/4/2024 08:17 | that’s solved the tax that had to be paid from payapps, perfect timing, more money for prim to hold in coffers now rather than taxman’s. | katekat
15/4/2024 07:46 | Yep, strike that one off the list of possible liquidity events. Makes Fresho even more significant | dplewis1
15/4/2024 07:19 | Ugly:- Investee Company Update - Engage Technology Partners Ltd Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) has received an update from its investee company, Engage Technology Partners Ltd ("Engage"). Engage has recently completed a significant restructuring. In order to retain and incentivise the management team, the restructure included the allotment of shares and options (together the "Share Issuances"). This has resulted in a significant dilution to the Company's holding from 4.49% to 1.97%. Following the Share Issuances, and based on our assessment of the current valuation of Engage Primorus holding in Engage is valued at approximately £158,000, approximately an 89% reduction in its current carrying value. As and when the Company receives further information about the restructuring and on-going plans of Engage, the management of the Company may make further assessments of the value of Engage. Primorus holds 92,374 ordinary shares of Engage representing approximately 2% of the issued share | cwa1

11/4/2024 09:52 | I invested through a TP placing in November 17.I supported RL in the autumn of 2020 and exchanged emails with him. He has done a great job and is very shareholder aligned. | bscuit
11/4/2024 09:27 | Fresho Advertising Jobs all over media again today, also so many positive fresho testimonials, must be a float on the way with all this news flow. We double todays share price at very least when fresho money raise or announce float maybe 6 times todays share price. | katekat
11/4/2024 08:47 | the main thing here on prim, We all had maybe a third of our investment back at an excellent price point. So now we have the summer off, not many long termers will have any reason to sell, I would now expect it to quieten down on trades next week, if for some reason it did drop then there is 2 million of prim money out there with prim long termers , plus the company will buy 10 percent of the stock at a cheap price if the opportunity comes. The only reason this will move up sharply now, is on a Fresho Float announcement or Alt Crosses the line, or maybe more director buys, Rupert and others must be well flush with cash, rupert must have about 700 grand in his back pocket today and itching to buy more prim, Ball or Norwich Van Centre 300 grand, 1 million between the two of them. Enjoy your summer folks knowing we in very good hands is what I would say, No need to buy in other stocks and risk a loss when prim should double your money at some point here with zero risk. Good Luck All. | katekat
